CEJC

The objective of the CEJC is to promote the advancement and prestige of the engineering professions by encouraging cooperation among local engineering and scientific societies and educational institutions. The Council encourages joint cooperation of its member organizations for effective public service, mutual educational programs and shall assist them in the pursuit of their goals.

The CEJC is an organization comprised of the local chapters of Engineering Societies, including:

  • SME – Society of Manufacturing Engineers
  • NSBE – National Society of Black Engineers
  • AIAA – American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics
  • AIChE – American Institute of Chemical Engineers
  • ASCE – American Society of Civil Engineers
  • ASHRAE – American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers
  • ASME –American Society of Mechanical Engineers
  • ASQ – American Society of Quality
  • AWMI- American Society of Women in Metals
  • CE Club – Civil Engineering Club
  • IEEE – Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers
  • INCOSE – International Council of Systems Engineers
  • SAME – Society of American Military Engineers
  • SWE – Society of Women Engineers
  • SCSPE – South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers
  • The Citadel – College of Engineering
